Steps to Get Started
1. Click the Get Started button.
2. We will verify your license with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations.
3. Once we verify your license status, we will send all of the documents required for your review and electronic signature, including the:
- Independent Contractor Agreement,
- Business Card Order form,
- Receipt of the policy manual
- Acknowledgment of continuing education portal link,
- Form W-9 and
- Invoice to pay your annual membership fee.
4. Once we have associated your license with the firm (usually within 24-48 hours), we will order and ship your business cards to the address indicated on your Independent Contractor Agreement. We will also provide you with the forms that you would use to initiate a referral.
5. Remember it is your responsibility to remain aware of all deadlines for your continuing education requirements.
